These Terms of Service govern your use of the Carrylogue website at carrylogue.com and purchases made through it. Carrylogue is operated by Hangzhou Zailai Department Store ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms before placing an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue under our Return and Refund Policy. We may update product information and availability for future orders.

2. Orders and payment

An order is subject to our acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order because of an inventory issue, an obvious pricing or listing error, a payment problem, or a reasonable concern about fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including associated charges where applicable.

The total price, applicable shipping charges, and taxes are shown during checkout. If an order may incur import duties or fees payable upon delivery, we will disclose this before you place the order. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know whether the order can still be changed or canceled; this does not affect any cancellation rights provided by law.

3. Shipping and delivery

Our products may be fulfilled by third-party partners and shipped from outside the United States. Processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and any applicable shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly say otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a full refund. If a shipment is delayed in transit or appears lost, please contact us. We will investigate the shipping status and address the issue under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where required by applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or an order has not arrived, contact us with your order number and relevant details. We may request reasonable information to review the claim. We will provide an appropriate remedy when the issue is confirmed, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Please do not mail an item without our instructions.

You must not interfere with the website's security or operation, submit fraudulent orders or claims, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of others. Shopify provides the technology used to operate our store, but purchases are made from us as the seller.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website available and information accurate, but temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the website.
