Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage: We currently offer free shipping to select countries.

Processing and delivery. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–12 BUSINESS DAYS. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Our orders may be fulfilled by third-party partners and shipped from outside the United States. We will email tracking information when the shipment is dispatched and tracking becomes available.

Shipping charges and import fees. We currently offer free shipping. If import duties or other fees are applicable upon delivery, we will inform you before you place your order.

Delays or missing packages. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a full refund. If tracking shows a significant delay or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
